- Able to manage the kitchen
- Training the kitchen staff
- Take action to improve the performance of kitchen staff
- Perform periodic audits to observe the quality of food preparation, menu display, taste, cleanliness of equipment and work area
- Monitor staff performance and deliver company goals and expectations
- Controlling the use of operations, minimizing waste, and ensuring preparation runs well and in accordance with company standards
- Candidates must have at least a Diploma at Other or equivalent.
- Must-have language: Indonesian At least have 3 years of experience in the appropriate field for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinator specifically in Food / Beverage / Restaurant Services or equivalent.
