We are currently looking for professional and experience candidates to fulfill following positions:

  1. Director of Sales / Assistant Director of Sales

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :

  • Level of Education : Bachelor
  • Has profesional experience in the same positions  3 to 5 years.
  • Good communication fluent in both verbal and written English, additional languages advantageous.
  • Able to manage work systematically and well organized.

KEY TASK :

  • Pro-activity search out new opportunities/accounts
  • Is a key player in supporting and driving AccorHotels Revenue best practices
  • Increase business/occupancy and promote the identity of the hotel through establishing and maintaining good relationship with number of clients.
  • Actively seeks out new business in line with the hotel and company strategic goals.
  • Handle key accounts directly and ensure the accounts database is updated and accurate.
  • Promote a positive image of the hotel.
  • Lead the team, provide ongoing sales direction to subordinates, providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of action plans.
  • Manage the connection with corporate business entities both nationally and internationally.
  • Is hands on for the development and training of her / his team.
  1. Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Level of Education: Bachelor
  • Has professional experience in the same positions 2 to 3 years
  • Good communication, fluent in both verbal and written English additional languages advantageous.

KEY TASK:

  • Ensure the high standard of service provided for guests.
  • Attainment of the department qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise / coordinate all related culinary activities
  • High discipline with HACCP
  • Ensure that high standard of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintenance through all kitchen area at all times
  • Ensure that all supplies are ordered, stocked and properly stored
  • Develops standard and techniques for food preparation and presentation which help to assure
  • Consistently high quality and to minimize food cost, exercise portion control for all items served and assist in establishing menu selling prices.
  1. Assistant Chief Engineering

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :

  • Level of Education : Bachelor
  • Has profesional experience in the same positions  1 to 2 years.
  • Good communication fluent in both verbal and written English, additional languages advantageous.
  • Able to manage work systematically and well organized.

KEY TASK :

  • Maintains and operates equipment at optimum effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
  • Supervise distribution of repair work orders.
  • Ensure compliance with all engineering departmental policies, standards and procedures.
  • Supervises Engineering in the absence of the Chief Engineering.
  • Assist in effectively planning, scheduling and evaluating preventative maintenance programs.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies, equipment and supplies.
  • Establishing and implementing an energy conservation program.
  • Train other department associate in fire protection, safety, and evacuation procedures.
  • Display leadership in guest hospitality by exemplifying excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
  1. Duty Manager

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :

  • Level of Education : Bachelor / Diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in the same position
  • Demonstrated results driven strong leadership
  • Reliable, organized and pro-active with strong communication skills
  • Good communication, fluent in both verbal and written English, additional languages advantageous.
  • Self driven person in dynamic environment
  • Service oriented person

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures the high standard of services provided for guests.
  • Attainment of the department’s qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Manages and motivates the Front Office team in order to provide a high standard of service for customers
  • Handles guest comments and complaints, ensuring follow-up
  • Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a rapid solution.
  1. Store Supervisor

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :

  • Level of Education : Bachelor / Diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in the same position
  • Demonstrated results driven strong leadership
  • Reliable, organized and pro-active with strong communication skills
  • Good communication, fluent in both verbal and written English, additional languages advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage all stocks put under his/her responsibility.
  • To ensure the Hotel’s inventories are properly safeguarded and protected against any kind of loss.
  • To ensure that all stock movements are accounted for and are in compliance with Hotel policy
  • To discharge the duties in an effective and efficient manner
  1. Engineering Attendant

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :

  • Level of Education : Diploma
  • Has profesional experience in the same positions  1 years.
  • Good communication fluent in both verbal and written English, additional languages advantageous.
  • Able to manage work systematically and well organized.

KEY TASK :

  1. Bell Driver

  • Able to manage work systematically and well organized.

KEY TASK:

  • Ensures the high standard of services provided for guests.
  • Develops close relationships with guests to encourage loyalty
  • Conveys the hotel’s image and atmosphere through his exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field
