PT Gita Lestari Karya looking for OPERATION MANAGER RESTO CONCEPT – BALI
- Responsible for overseeing the entire operation of a brands, along with all its outlets and operation team members. Responsible and oversee the entire operation of brands he/she assigned to.
- The Operation Manager sets up, trains, implements programs that will ensure that quality and costs are controlled at each outlet Operation Manager Able to sets up, trains and implements programs to control quality and cost each outlet are up to company’s standard.
- Along with his/her team of Restaurant Managers and at times Area Managers, he/she will be working towards specific sales and cost targets Able to work together with operation team to achieve goals
- Manage and develop the new outlet
- Maintain high quality products by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures
- Ensure that all branches under his /her supervision are able to achieve QSC objectives as per planned by reviewing & Monitoring Labor planning, scheduling and utilization
- Minimum 5 years combined experience in managing restaurant operations as an Operation Manager (responsible to manage multiple Outlets)
- Having experience in Coffee preferred, but not essential
- Having F&B Management skill (Opening Outlets, P&L, Costing, Restaurant Operation & System and Training)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent Organizational & positive attitude to dealing with people
- Must be a highly committed individual that is detail and systems oriented
- Willing to be place at Bali
