Job Description :
1. Ensure that Customer Service standards are delivered to guests properly
2. Ensuring good relations with all guests, both those staying at hotels and those visiting, are especially constrained in language
3. Ensure that all work is carried out according to the SOP
4. Ensure VIP and VVIP guests are handled properly and get benefits according to their level
5. Handle guest complaints that cannot be resolved by the Front Desk Agent
6. Ensure that the Lobby and Front Office Department area are clean and neat
7. Use operational items and goods efficiently and well to help reduce costs and control the stock of goods used in operations
8. Maintain good communication with all departments
9. Participate in training regularly and apply it in the field
10. Paying attention to standards of discipline in uniform, appearance and cleanliness
11. Conduct Pre-Check In preparation for VIP and VVIP guests
12. Ensure amenities of Pre-Check In such as Welcome drink, Oshibori and Cookies are available according to Expected Arrival
13. Ensure that the Guest Stay Experience Report is updated properly and correctly
14. Ensure that the Daily Report is updated properly and correctly
15. Answer all incoming calls and ensure calls are connected to the Department or the right person
16. Ensure that all work is followed up appropriately
17. Helps increase sales revenue for each Outlet
18. Mandarin speaking
19. Receive assignments from superiors
