PT Sarana Nusantara looking for Guest Relations Officer
We need a Guest Relations Officer to service guests from the start of the hotel until check out. The assignment of responsibilities: Responsible for the process of checking in / checking out guests Responsible for the payment process, guest billing, petty cash, cash receipt reports, etc. Answer guest questions regarding hotel facilities, tourist attractions, etc. Qualification: Candidates must have at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent. At least have 1 year experience as a Guest Relation Officer / Front Office Professional, neat and communicative appearance (English & Indonesian) Preferably employees (non-management & non-supervisor) specifically in hotels / tourism or equivalent. Willing to be placed in Jimbaran, Bali or Labuan Bajo, NTT.
