PT Taksu Kirana ( Taksu Spa & Restaurant ) looking for Head Chef Western – Asian
- To provide full support to the vision and goals of the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage manager.
- Creative input in Menu Design, buffet set up for Indonesian food in Garden Restaurant and Gallery products
- Fully responsible for the efficient and profitable food production
- Oversee and provide guidance and support chefs and cooks, as senior kitchen manager, must ensure that the highest possible standards in terms of food quality and hygiene are accomplished.
- Minimum Experience 4-5 years
- Implementation followed HACCP
- Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
- Modifying menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
- Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
- Proven working experience as a head chef
- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
