PT Taksu Kirana ( Taksu Spa & Restaurant ) looking for Head Chef Western – Asian

  • To provide full support to the vision and goals of the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage manager.
  • Creative input in Menu Design, buffet set up for Indonesian food in Garden Restaurant and Gallery products
  • Fully responsible for the efficient and profitable food production
  • Oversee and provide guidance and support chefs and cooks, as senior kitchen manager, must ensure that the highest possible standards in terms of food quality and hygiene are accomplished.
Requirements :
  • Minimum Experience 4-5 years
  • Implementation followed  HACCP
  • Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
  • Modifying menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
  • Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
  • Proven working experience as a head chef
  • Excellent record of kitchen management
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Capable of delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
  • BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
