Taksu Spa & Restaurant looking for CHEF ASIAN – EUROPEAN FOOD
- To provide full support to the vision and goals of the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage manager.
- Creative input in Menu Design, buffet set up for Indonesian food in Garden Restaurant and Gallery products
- Fully responsible for the efficient and profitable food production
Oversee and provide guidance and support chefs and cooks, as senior kitchen manager, must ensure that the highest possible standards in terms of food quality and hygiene are accomplished.
- Minimum Experience 4-5 years
- Implementation followed HACCP
- Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
- Modifying menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
- Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
- Proven working experience as a head chef
- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
- Ready join to work immediately.
