THREE MONKEYS SANUR is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join with us for Sous Chef position with following requirements:
1. Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
2. Oversees and organizes kitchen stock inventory and ingredients appropriately.
3. Planning and directing food preparation.
4. Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
5. Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
6. Producing high quality plates both design and taste wise.
7. Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
8. Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation.
9. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
10. Establishing strong relationships with staff in other areas of the business, including managers and front of house teams.
11. Managing the kitchen staff, handling disciplinary and HR issues along with HR Dept.
12. Maintaining and enhancing customers’ satisfaction.
1. Min. 3 years of Sous Chef Position
2. Diploma or any related course
3. Computer literate
4. Able to write and communicate in English
5. Good team player
6. Neat and well-groomed
7. Can start immediately
