Umpadhi Canggu is a boutique hotel located in Canggu, Bali that operates 20 rooms among which 14 are Superior Rooms and a combined of 6 Deluxe and Suite rooms along with a restaurant and a swimming pool. At Umpadhi, we focus on providing guests with exceptional service to create a memorable experience by going the extra mile to make our guest arrival, stay and departure at ease.  we are looking for Front Desk Officer
  • Perform Guest Check-In and Check-Out
  • Prepare invoices and collect outstanding guest payments during guest Check-Out
  • Liaising closely with Room Division and House Keeping Department to make sure all Guest Check-In and Check-Out run smoothly in accordance to standard procedures
  • Assist manager in managing daily reservations from all reservation outlets
  • Assist in assigning room availability
  • Update room allotment, availability, price and promition on all OTA outlets as instructed by manager
  • Respond to guest email such as: request, reservation itinerary in a timely manner
  • Perform high level of professionalism and excellent customer service at all time
  • Act as a Concierge to fulfill guests’ request and itinerary and answer phone calls
  • Perform thorough understanding of our products and services and able to explain it to guests at a moment’s notice
  • Participate in the company’s sales effort
  • Able to speak English fluently
  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Hospitality/Front Office, or a degree in Hospitality or any fields
  • Tech savvy and understand: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Email, online reservations, extranet and OTA
  • Have excellent customer service skill
  • Have good work ethic and good teamwork attitude
  • Have excellent grooming appearance
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Have each of the following skills: good customer service, organization, scheduling, phone conversation
