Hospitality Account Manager

Job description:
  1. We are looking for an online booking manager for our holiday villa booking department.
  2. Responsible for answering and follow up the guests booking inquiries until booking confirmed.
  3. Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer (guest) problems.
  5. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  6. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  7. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Min. Qualification     :
  1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  2. Has experience in customer service sector
  3. Fresh graduate to be welcome.
  4. 100% fluent spoken & written in English
  5. Excellent in computer skills (email & Ms. Office Word & Excel)
  6. Ability to communicate with clients via email/ phone/ messenger
  7. Work experience  in  the Travel/Hospitality Industry (is a plus)
  8. Ability to work on  sales targets
  9. Ability to work in a team & ready to work in shift (3 shift mode).
  10. Excellent communication  and social skills
  11. Motivated, well presented, & friendly
  12. Social Media knowledge
