1. Sous Chef
2. Junior Sous Chef
• Min. 3 years experiences in the same position (1).
• Min. 1 or 2 years experiences in the same position (2).
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures (1, 2).
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions (1, 2).
• Initiative, open minded, strong leadership, organization & delegation skills (1, 2).
• BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus (1, 2).
• Strong Knowledge of Culinary Nomenclature and F&B standards (1, 2).
• Fluency in English : reading, speaking, writing (1, 2).
• Clean, neat appearance, hospitality oriented and have a good attention to detail (1, 2).
• Pleasant, honest, positive and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication and social skills (1, 2).
• Organizational skills & computer literacy – Ms. Office (1, 2).
