- Take care of daily food preparations and assignments given by superiors to meet established standards and quality
- Coordinate daily tasks with Sous Chef.
- Responsible for overseeing Demi Chef and Commis in carrying out their respective duties.
- Able to estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food to meet the specified standards.
- Knowing all procedures and standards regarding preparation, storage and sanitation of food.
- Know about all items from the menu, how to cook, and presentation standards.
- Operate and maintain all department equipment and always report if there is damage to Sous Chef.
- Have good knowledge about menu making and always maintain food quality and volume.
