“Reservation Agent”

Responsibilities:

– Responds to all communications from guest, travel agents and referral networks concerning reseravtions arriving by email, telephone, fax or through online reservation system

– Creates and maintains reservation records; date of arrival & departure, payment / cancellation, transport info, remarks for special request and other modifications

– Additional duties may appear based on operational needs

Qualification:

– Min. 1 year experience working in similar position

– Ability to adapt with flexible working hours

– Good communication skill in English; speaking & writing

– Computer literate with good administrative skills

– Team player and high motivated to grow up in tourism industry
